Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including account details, artist or venue profiles, event listings, contact messages, reminder preferences, and content you upload. We also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.

Location and event preferences

With your permission, the app may use your device location to find nearby events. You may instead use a ZIP code. We process the resulting coordinates or ZIP code, search radius, and genre preferences to provide local results and personalized weekly reminders. You can deny device-location permission and still use available location controls.

Push notifications

If you enable weekly reminders in the Android app, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token together with your ZIP code or location, radius, genre preferences, platform, subscription status, and reminder delivery history. The token identifies an app installation, not a password. Google Firebase processes notification delivery information under Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

You can disable notifications in Android settings. Saving a disabled reminder or uninstalling the app stops future delivery once the subscription is removed or the token becomes invalid.

Accounts, payments, and email

Account authentication and profile administration require account identifiers and security information. Payment processing, when used, is handled by Stripe; we do not receive complete payment-card numbers. Transactional and reminder email may be delivered using our mail provider.

How we use information

• Provide nearby event discovery, maps, profiles, and personalized reminders.
• Operate accounts, subscriptions, support, and administrative features.
• Prevent abuse, diagnose problems, maintain security, and improve the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Third parties

We use service providers including Firebase for push delivery, Stripe for payments, OpenStreetMap for map data, and infrastructure or email providers used to operate the Service. Links to ticket sellers, artists, venues, calendars, maps, and other sites are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may change notification and location permissions in Android settings, change reminder preferences in the app, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through our contact page. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security and dispute resolution.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts or submit personal information.
